Refund policy

RETURNS

GREENWOOD LEATHER® accepts a return for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt (the date of receipt sent by the carrier).

The return costs are fully borne by the buyer. The return must be performed by a service with a tracking number.

All customers from the USA have to mention "Return to sender" on the cardboard/postal satchel and declare the goods value as "zero" on the commercial invoice. If not mentioned you will be charged the duties or the shipment will be returned to you.

The returned product must be in new condition, similar to the day of receipt, and include all of its labels.

It will also be in perfect condition, with the strap inside the bag and packed in its protective bag.

If the returned product shows signs of use it will be returned to the buyer and this at his own expense.

No change-of-mind refunds or returns.

The refund will be made after receipt and confirmation of the return of the buyer.

The process of refund takes approximately 48H to 72H.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the buyer (check, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again—it can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company to ask when you can expect a refund to be posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do allow exchanges for unused, non-personalized items. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange. Send us an email at hello@greenwoodleather.com and please include your order number.
